ITC Federal has appointed Jeff Walsh as vice president of Department of Justice customer relations to strengthen DOJ partnerships and drive the delivery of IT solutions in support of critical federal law enforcement and public safety initiatives.
Jeff Walsh’s Career Highlights
Walsh steps into the role with over three decades of experience within DOJ and several years as a private sector executive responsible for identifying and providing IT solutions to U.S. government agencies, ITC Federal said Monday, adding that his expertise in federal law enforcement, intelligence integration and operational management positions him to support the company in advancing partnerships with the Drug Enforcement Administration and other DOJ components.
The executive joined ITC Federal from Procentrix, where he was a senior director for DOJ and U.S. government programs. Prior to Procentrix, he was a member of the Senior Executive Service at the DEA, during which he served as the director and special agent in charge of the El Paso Intelligence Center and as a DEA deputy chief inspector, among other leadership positions overseeing complex, high-impact operations.
“Jeff’s exceptional operational leadership and tech expertise will bring instant value to our DOJ clients,” said Greg Fitzgerald, ITC’s CEO. “His impressive background with the DEA and across DOJ enables him to drive impactful technology solutions that resonate with our customers.”
In his new role at ITC, Walsh will promote operational excellence and expand the company’s capabilities across DOJ programs, in addition to enhancing customer relationships.
“I’m honored and excited to join ITC Federal as Vice President of DOJ Customer Relations, enabling me to continue my lifelong commitment to public service,” said Walsh. “I look forward to leading efforts to strengthen ITC’s relationships across DOJ components with a focus on assisting our clients in achieving mission success.”
