Former Peraton executive Juan Toves has joined Empower AI as chief growth officer, supporting the company’s commitment to delivering solutions that support customer missions and long-term impact. Toves replaced Paul Harrington, who will return to his consulting practice, in leading Empower AI’s enterprise growth strategy, business development and capture operations across the defense and civilian markets.

Who Is Juan Toves?
Toves has over two decades of government contracting experience, most recently as vice president of business development at Peraton. He joined the company after it merged with Perspecta, where he served as a business development executive.
He also held leadership roles at Akima, CSRA and SAIC and currently serves on the AFCEA International board of directors. Toves is a certified project management professional and a U.S. Air Force veteran who served as a noncommissioned officer in charge of network infrastructure within Central Command.
