- CTC has added two national security veterans to its board
- The new directors bring intelligence and naval acquisition backgrounds
- The board additions follow recent executive hires at CTC
Tonya Wilkerson, a longtime intelligence community leader and previous Wash100 awardee, and Errol Campbell Jr., a retired U.S. Navy captain, have been elected to the board of directors of Concurrent Technologies Corp.
In a statement published Thursday, Christopher Hamilton, president and CEO of CTC, said the two directors will help the organization anticipate client requirements and continue delivering national security solutions.
“We’re honored to have Tonya Wilkerson and Errol Campbell on our Board,” said Hamilton, who took the helm of CTC in June. “They’ve built impressive careers solving some of the toughest national security challenges, and they understand how to move advanced technologies from concept to real-world impact.”
Who Is Tonya Wilkerson?
Wilkerson is an intelligence executive with over 30 years of leadership experience across multiple agencies. Her expertise covers geospatial intelligence, acquisition strategy, satellite operations and financial management.
She served as deputy director of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, where she led a multiyear initiative to improve the agency’s resource management and audit readiness. Her earlier posts include associate deputy director for science and technology at the CIA and director of the National Reconnaissance Office’s Mission Operations Directorate. She was also a presidential nominee for under secretary of defense for intelligence and security.
Wilkerson currently leads KTW Strategic Solutions as founder and president. She serves on the boards of several nonprofits, including the International Spy Museum and the Open Geospatial Consortium, and is a member of the Gateway Global Advisory Board.
Who Is Errol Campbell?
Campbell is director of business development for advanced effects at Anduril Industries. He joined Anduril after holding senior positions at Booz Allen Hamilton and MANTECH.
His Navy career spanned over three decades and focused on operational aviation, advanced weapons systems and strategic acquisition. He served as program manager of air-to-air missiles and mission integration and special programs within Naval Air Systems Command.
Campbell was also chief of staff to the program executive officer for tactical aircraft programs, coordinating strategy and resources for a $45 billion naval aviation portfolio. A $2.5 billion foreign military sales portfolio under his direction received the Department of the Navy Acquisition Excellence Award for International Partnerships.
What Other Executive Moves & Milestones Has CTC Announced?
The board additions coincide with the departure of Joseph Yakovac, a retired U.S. Army lieutenant general who is stepping down after reaching his term limit. During nearly a decade as a director, Yakovac drew on his military acquisition, technology and logistics background and sat on the compensation, governance and operations committees.
The board changes come amid a series of executive appointments at CTC. Earlier in October, Marion Kennedy, a former LMI senior vice president, joined the organization as VP of digital mission solutions. In May, Hans DeViso was named VP of CTC’s engineering and advanced manufacturing division. The company also appointed David Partsch as chief data and information officer.
CTC has also reached several compliance and contracting milestones. In July 2025, the organization obtained Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification Level 2 following an independent third-party review. That May, the Marine Corps and the Defense Logistics Agency awarded CTC contract options covering energy resilience, cybersecurity and advanced manufacturing work.
