In a LinkedIn post announcing his promotion, Dickens said he will lead a team of capture managers to drive a portfolio of technology pursuits.

Dickens brings to the role nearly two decades of technical, management, and business development experience and knowledge in the development and execution of capture strategies focused on cloud computing, cybersecurity, enterprise IT and intelligence systems, among other areas.
According to his profile on the professional networking site, he first joined CACI in 2012 and spent nearly a year as a lead systems analyst. He returned to the Reston, Virginia-based government IT services contractor as a senior solutions architect in 2019.
His industry career included time as a solutions architect at ManTech, program manager at Unissant and associate at Erns & Young.
