DecisionPoint will update a customer experience management tool for the Department of Veterans Affairs under a five-year, $60 million contract.
The indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity award involves deploying an enterprise software-as-a-service platform to transform VA’s interaction with military veterans and their families, the company said Wednesday.
DecisionPoint and software provider Medallia will collaborate on the Enterprise Customer Experience Suite modernization project.
