A joint venture between IT companies LinTech Global and Pragmatics has won a $140.4 million contract to provide end-to-end technical assistance to the U.S. Army.
LinTech-Pragmatics JV outbid nine other vendors in an online solicitation for the cost-no-fee, firm-fixed-price IT services contract, which is targeted for completion by March 14, 2028, the Department of Defense said Monday.
The winning contractor will perform the work in Orlando, Florida.
At the time of the award, the service branch obligated $1.65 million from its fiscal 2023 research, development, test and evaluation, operations and maintenance, and other procurement funds.
LinTech and Pragmatics formed the companies’ JV as a result of a Small Business Administration-approved mentor-protege partnership.
