Aeyon CEO Sunny Singh said in a statement released Monday MTS and Marick bring complementary capabilities to the company and expand Aeyon’s presence as a provider of innovative platforms meant to help clients accelerate their decision-making abilities.
“The combination of these businesses will provide for greater growth opportunities and maximize the options for our employees,” added Singh.
MTS has been delivering engineering and science, information technology, program and logistics, subject matter expertise to NASA and Department of Defense clients in Huntsville, Alabama, since 2001.
Marick, established in 2007, is a provider of cloud-based human capital management and training platforms.
Aeyon provides robotic process automation, program management, data analytics and management consulting support to federal government clients. The Northern Virginia-based company also supports cloud-based modernization and major system implementation initiatives across defense, space and civilian markets and has over 650 employees with a large presence in Huntsville.
