Salesforce Delivers Record 3Q Revenue, Up 36% From 2010

Salesforce.com (NYSE: CRM) released financial results for the third quarter of its 2011 fiscal year, ended Oct. 31, 2011.

The company reported a record quarterly revenue of $584 million, up 36 percent from the same period in 2010. Subscription and support revenues were $549 million, also an increase of 36 percent from the same period last year.

Revenue from professional services and other sources totaled $35 million, up 34 percent from the same period in 2010.

Cash generated from operations was $129 million, an increase of 74 percent from the same period in 2010.
