Concurrent Technologies Corp. has named Deborah Fox, a 35-year defense industry veteran, as the new member of the board of directors for CTC’s wholly owned affiliate Enterprise Ventures Corp.
She will work with six current EVC board members including Ed Sheehan, president and CEO of CTC, the company said Tuesday.
Fox previously worked at BAE Systems Inc. and helped establish the defense contractor’s manufacturing facility and operations in Elgin, Oklahoma, to supply self-propelled howitzers to the U.S. Army.
Her BAE career also included responsibility over a Fayette County, Pennsylvania, facility built to remanufacture and overhaul multiple products for military customers.
She held contracts management duties for BAE and General Electric’s (NYSE: GE) Navy Nuclear program.
“Fox also brings significant experience in strategic planning which will enhance this important aspect of board governance and oversight,” Sheehan said.
