SAIC Added to $892M IDIQ for Army IT, Engineering Services

Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAI) has been added to a potential $892 million U.S. Army indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to provide information systems engineering and IT support.

Contract work will support the Army’s Information Systems Engineering Command.

SAIC is one of three firms that will compete for task orders on the award, which could run five years.

Awardees will provide full life-cycle services for all ISEC projects, inlcuding planning, design, development, engineering and sustainment.

“We look forward to providing innovative and flexible technologies to support ISEC’s engineering and technical requirements around the world, ” said Peter Dube, SAIC senior vice president and business unit general manager.
