Adam Harrison, former principal of aerospace and defense consultancy Renaissance Strategic Advisors, has been appointed vice president of strategy and corporate development at PAE.
He has more than one decade of government services marketplace experience and will help drive PAE's expansion initiatives, the company said Tuesday.
“Adam’s background assisting companies to identify and develop strategies for expansion into new value-added markets complements PAE’s growth strategy,” said John Heller, PAE CEO and a 2020 Wash100 awardee.
Heller added that Harrison brings knowledge of multiple government systems as the company aims to expand in adjacent markets.
At Renaissance Strategic Advisors, Harrison led due diligence efforts for up to $10B in merger-and-acquisition transactions within the government services industry.
He previously worked at Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT) and supported corporate planning, program management, strategy, capture management and pricing functions there.
Harrison is the chairperson of the Professional Services Council's industry outlook team.
