Kimetrica to Support USAID Food Security Info Network Under $100M IDIQ

Kimetrica has secured a potential $100M indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to provide support services for U.S. Agency for International Development-funded network that offers information and early warning on food security challenges worldwide.

The company will perform data management services in support of USAID’s Famine Early Warning Systems Network 7, the agency said Tuesday in a FedBizOpps notice.

FEWS NET consists of four work areas: emergency food insecurity analysis; FEWS NET learning and data hub management; analysis of food, nutrition and livelihood security dynamics; and technology and innovation.

Broomfield, Colo.-based Kimetrica offers research, survey, modeling, impact simulation and software services to assist government and nonprofit organizations in evidence-based decisionmaking and learning programs.
