The White House on Tuesday introduced a new website that offers information on the federal governments artificial intelligence programs and related resources, Nextgov reported Tuesday.
The website includes policy initiatives, federal accomplishments and documents, fact sheets and other resources related to AI.
Its a real hub for all the AI projects being done across the agencies, Michael Kratsios, deputy chief technology officer within the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, said at The Economists AI event in Washington.
You can really see the depth and the breath of all the work being done, from the Transportation Department to [the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration] to [the National Science Foundation] and across the federal government, Kratsios noted.
The AI-focused website is part of the American AI Initiative, which was launched through an executive order signed by President Donald Trump in February.
