Boeing‘s (NYSE: BA) Tapestry Solutions subsidiary has won a potential 10-year, $259M contract from the U.S. Air Force to develop software for the U.S. military and allied foreign countries to plan weapon missions.
Tapestry will build, update and provide support services for the Weapon Planning Software suite under the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract, the Department of Defense said Thursday.
The military service received two bids for the project via a competitive acquisition process and will obligate $355,878 on the first delivery order.
