Richard Pilch, who previously managed countless programs in support of the Defense Threat Reduction Agency, has joined Noblis as director of chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear and explosives programs.
He will lead the Reston, Va.-based contractor’s portfolio of CBRNE research, development, test and evaluation, systems engineering and integration activities, Noblis said Dec. 13.
Pilch previously managed several DTRA initiatives such as the Scientific and Technical Engagement Partnership. The trained medical doctor has also led biodefense and biosecurity programs throughout his career.
We welcome Dr. Pilch to our team as we move forward in our mission to protect, strengthen and advance our nations national security posture side-by-side with our federal clients,” said Jordin Cohen, vice president of defense and homeland security at Noblis.
