Leidos Gets $112M Follow-On Contract for Army Ammo Logistics Support; Tim Reardon Comments

Leidos (NYSE: LDOS) has received a potential six-year, $112 million contract to continue to help a U.S. Army Central unit store, maintain and distribute ammunition stocks.

The company said Monday it will provide mission logistics services to ARCENT’s 1st Theater Sustainment Command in Kuwait under the follow-on award.

“We look forward to continuing to support the warfighter with a trusted, engaged and responsive program team with the ability to rapidly adapt to emerging requirements,” said Tim Reardon, president of Leidos’ defense and intelligence business.

The single-award contract has a one-year base period of performance and five one-year options.

Leidos has supported 1st TSC’s theater storage area and ammunition supply operations since 2011.
