Boeing (NYSE: BA) has received a potential five-year, $79.3 million contract from the U.S. Navy to perform support work on multirole combat and electronic warfare aircraft platforms.
The company will provide maintenance, parts manufacturing, instrumentation, modification and engineering services for F/A-18A-F and EA-18G fleets, the Defense Departmentsaid Monday.
DoD added the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract covers support for future aircraft variants, domestic and foreign military sales and Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division-led test programs in Patuxent River, Maryland.
The Navy will obligate funds upon issuance of individual task orders.
Boeing is scheduled to finish contract work in December 2022.
