A Centurum subsidiary has won a potential five-year, $90.7 million contract to help the U.S. Navy restore airborne and ground electro-mechanical and mechanical units.
Centurum Information Technology will provide depot-level repair and restoration of mechanical units and worldwide technical support to the Navy fleet, shore facilities and government agencies, The Defense Departmentsaid Tuesday.
Work also covers fabrication, manufacturing, re-manufacturing, overhaul and calibration of assemblies, subassemblies and test equipment.
The contract has a three-year base value of $54.3 million and two 12-month options that could extend work through Dec. 11, 2022.
The service branch received three offers for the procurement effort through the FedBizOpps and Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command e-Commerce Central websites.
