NASA has awarded 24 contracts under a potential eight-year, $3 billion indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity procurement vehicle for general construction services.
The space agency said Wednesday it awarded four spots on the unrestricted portion of the Multiple Award Construction Contract Two and another 20 positions for MACC-II’s five small business set-aside categories.
MACC-II task orders will encompass alteration, modification, maintenance, repair, demolition, design-build and construction services at agency facilities at Stennis Space Center; Kennedy Space Center; Marshall Space Flight Center; and Michoud Assembly Facility.
Other NASA branches may request for those services from the Stennis procurement officer.
The set-aside track of MACC-II is categorized into 248(a) business development program; historically underutilized business zone; service-disabled veteran-owned small business; small business; and woman-owned small business.
