Boeing (NYSE: BA) has received a $308 million contract modification from the U.S. Army to manufacture 12 CH-47F helicopters for Holland through a foreign military sales contract.
The Defense Department said Thursday the company will complete the production in Ridley Township, Pennsylvania, by April 15.
The CH-47F Chinook helicopter incorporates a digital cockpit management system, Common Aviation Architecture System cockpit and cargo-handling systems.
