Raymond Holder Joins Capgemini Government Solutions as Chief Growth Officer

Capgemini Government Solutions has hired Raymond Holder as its new chief growth officer. In a statement posted on LinkedIn, Dan Ford, CEO of the IT services provider and a 2025 Wash100 Award winner, said Holder’s addition to the executive team will strengthen CGS’ position as a “leader in commercial innovation for the federal mission.”

“Ray is a technologist at heart and is passionate about the use of technology to transform organizations and change lives,” Ford commented. “I am delighted to welcome Ray to the Capgemini Government Solutions leadership team.”

Raymond Holder’s Career Highlights

Holder has over 20 years of experience in the federal technology market. 

He joined CGS from the technology services company Maximus, where he served as vice president of digital growth for over a year. 

Before Maximus, he was with Amazon Web Services for nearly five years and held the roles of executive strategist for the U.S. federal sector and growth leader for AWS Marketplace.

The executive also has a brief stint as business development VP at Perspecta and spent a year as a U.S. public sector offerings sales leader at DXC Technology

Earlier in his career, Holder held leadership roles throughout his 15 years at Hewlett Packard Enterprise.
