Eric Laychock Named Alpha Omega Chief Operating Officer

Eric Laychock, a long-standing KPMG executive, has been appointed chief operating officer of Alpha Omega.

The artificial intelligence-driven modernization and digital transformation company said Monday Laychock will oversee the Vienna, Virginia-based firm’s strategic operations in line with its expansion efforts, particularly its recent acquisitions of Macro Solutions and SeKON. His responsibilities also include managing the profit and loss of all business units and customer success, while ensuring team alignment for enhanced integration, service, a people-centric approach and sustainable growth.

Who Is Eric Laychock?

The new Alpha Omega COO brings around 17 years of experience in the federal sector. He has a proven track record of managing P&L across complex portfolios, developing new technologies and capabilities and enabling development within teams and organizations. 

Laychock spent nearly 13 years at KPMG and has served as managing director since 2022. In this role, he helped drive the company’s growth in the federal landscape. He held various leadership roles, including director, manager and senior associate, where he spearheaded the federal healthcare practice and federal workday portfolio.

The executive served as an associate and senior consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton from 2010 to 2012. Before that, he was a senior professional at Sanofi and a consultant at inVentiv Health Commercial.
