Under the deal, the Reston, Virginia-based contractor will conduct research, analysis, engineering, prototyping and assessment activities to support the development, testing and transition of new digital tools that meet Navy program requirements.
In a statement, CACI President and CEO John Mengucci, underscored the company’s long-time partnership with the Navy.
“CACI’s six-plus decades of supporting Navy programs gives us the experience needed to tackle the most pressing challenges our sailors face every day by developing new technology and capabilities, and delivering them rapidly fleet-wide to increase readiness and effectiveness,” the 2024 Wash100 awardee said.
The task order was awarded under the Department of Defense Information Analysis Center’s multiple award contract vehicle.
In February, the IT services provider also secured a $198 million single-award task order from the U.S. Army to provide cyber capabilities for the service’s command, control, computers, communications, cyber, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance systems.
