ACC-DTA plans to procure up to 266 M10 Booker combat vehicles with all basic issue items, a radio kit, component of end items and under vehicle armor along with 31 refurbishment vehicles and ancillary services, according to a notice posted Wednesday on SAM.gov.
The Army awarded GDLS a $257.6 million contract modification in July 2023 for 26 additional units of the armored vehicle for the program’s second low-rate initial production phase.
According to the Department of Defense’s fiscal year 2025 budget estimates report, the Army plans to annually spend between $460 million and $500 million to buy up to 165 M10 combat vehicles over the next five years.
Responses to the request for proposals are due July 22.
