Lexicon, Lukos Secure Spots on $610M Army Mission Support Services Contract

Small businesses Lexicon Consulting and Lukos have secured spots on a $610 million contract to provide mission support services for the U.S. Army’s training support center located at Fort Eustis in Virginia.

The contractors will perform work under the five-year ATSC Training Support Systems Enterprise multiple-award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract vehicle, according to award notices posted on SAM.gov.

Army Contracting Command received 16 bids for the firm-fixed-price contract and will determine work locations and budget upon the issuance of each order, the Department of Defense said in a separate announcement Monday.

DOD expects work to conclude on July 6, 2028.

Lexicon Consulting offers specialized mission support services to the departments of Defense and Homeland Security and other government agencies.

Lukos is an 8(a) small business located in Tampa, Florida, that provides professional staffing services to the defense, civilian and national security industries.

Purcellville, Virginia-based small business Core Government Services also holds a position on the TSS-E contract.
