The CEOs of Amentum and DLH Corp. and president of CGI‘s (NYSE: GIB) federal subsidiary have been named officers of the board of directors at the Professional Services Council.
Zachary Parker, president, CEO and director at DLH, will perform duties as PSC board chair and John Heller, president and CEO of Amentum, will serve as vice-chair, beginning Jan. 1, the council said Thursday.
Stephanie Mango, president of CGI Federal, has been appointed board secretary.
The PSC board comprises 29 new and renewed board members serving three-year terms.
“Their continued leadership strengthens our standing as the voice of the government technology and professional services industry,” said PSC President and CEO David Berteau.
