She will be responsible for overseeing the company’s corporate growth strategy and supporting innovation and growth initiatives in her new capacity, Integral Federal said Friday.
Integral President and CEO Wayne Wilkinson remarked that Cook will guide the company’s future direction to ensure continued growth.
Prior to her appointment, Cook served as a strategic adviser for Integral Federal’s leadership team.
Cook previously held business development leadership roles at Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH), KeyW Corporation, SOS International, the former PAE company and Six3 Systems
She also led business development efforts for the intelligence services unit of CACI International (NYSE: CACI).
