The State Department has released a solicitation for a five-year, $650 million contract vehicle to procure support services for its Global Antiterrorism Training Assistance program.
GATA III is an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract recompete of foreign law enforcement training services and has one-year base period along with four option years, according to the solicitation notice published Monday.
ATA provides U.S. government antiterrorism training to partner countries’ law enforcement agencies.
The contractors will support ATA’s programs during periods of instability, overseas operations and reconstruction and provide subject matter experts, training support specialists and program coordinators with expertise in the development and delivery of on-standard training to foreign adult learners, according to the statement of work.
Under the contract, the vendors will help ATA and partner countries design consultations and exercises by providing senior subject matter experts, develop domestic special programs, conduct executive seminars and provide support for the Partner Nation Visitor Program, among others.
Proposals for the GATA III contract are due Sept. 1.
