ECS Elevates Elise Walker to Justice & Homeland Solutions VP Role

Elise Walker, senior director of engineering at ECS for the past three years, has been promoted to vice president of the company’s justice and homeland solutions business.

In her new role, Walker will be in charge of technical service delivery efforts across ECS’ homeland and justice accounts, the information technology contractor said Tuesday in a LinkedIn post.

She joined ECS after the company’s parent organization, ASGN (NYSE: ASGN), acquired the federal division of Blackstone Technology Group in January 2020.

The University of Northern Colorado alumna served as director of engineering at Blackstone Federal prior to the acquisition.

“Elise has led several impactful engineering, development, and digital transformation initiatives during her time with ECS,” said Greg Adams, senior VP of justice and homeland solutions at ECS. “She has also dedicated significant time to coaching and mentoring employees, building high-performing technical teams, and leading efforts to enhance the ECS career progression framework for technical and solution leaders.
