She will bring to the role her industry experience in federal contracts, mergers and acquisitions and program management as she oversees the Arlington, Virginia-based government information technology services contractor’s financial and budgetary operations, Redhorse said Monday.

McFarlane most recently served as CFO at Brillient. Prior to Brillient, she was senior vice president and CFO at Technical and Project Engineering. She held controller roles at several GovCon firms, including L-3 Titan, Apptis, Athena Innovative Solution and KEI Pearson.
She offers support to financial professionals by serving as a mentor at the nonprofit organization CFO Rising.
