Serco Group‘s North American subsidiary has promoted Enterprise Technology Officer Don Styer to the newly created position of chief technology officer and 18-year company veteran Christine Kalb to the chief information officer post.
“Combined, Don and Christine bring a great compliment of technical and leadership perspectives and industry experience,” Tom Watson, CEO of Serco Inc., said in a statement released Thursday.
As CTO, Styer will lead the Herndon, Virginia-based government contractor’s enterprise technology solutions and services business segment, as well as help bring innovations into its programs and offerings.
The 20-year U.S. Navy veteran previously held leadership positions at technical and management consultancy Whitney, Bradley & Brown. WBB became part of Serco in 2021.
Kalb, who most recently served as VP of enterprise applications and development within the ETSS office, succeeds former CIO Chris Sullivan.
She joined Serco in 2005 through the company’s acquisition of Resource Consultants Inc.
