Army Corps of Engineers Invites Small Biz Offerors for Financial System Modernization

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers issued a request for proposals for a small business set-aside acquisition program to update the agency’s financial management system.

USACE intends to procure maintenance and modernization services under the Corps of Engineers Financial Management System II contract with a single-award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity structure, according to the RFP notice posted Monday on SAM.gov.

The platform functions as the primary tool for Department of Defense and USACE personnel to ensure automated, transparent and auditable financial statements.

The agency is looking for a contractor that can not only maintain but enhance system performance, including potentially migrating some of its functionalities and databases to HTML format and the USACE Cloud environment.

The five-year IDIQ contract will have a base performance period of one year, four single-year options and an additional extension of six months.

Proposers may submit their bids online until Dec. 16.
