Army Engineers Begin Market Research for Enterprise Virtual Viewer Concept


The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has asked industry to provide information as it seeks to validate and further develop a concept for an enterprise virtual viewer. A request for information posted Tuesday says USACE plans to update five strategic applications and part of this modernization effort is the planned transition to a cloud platform and integration with an EVV.

Hensel Phelps Wins $92M to Build Air Force’s GBSD Mission Integration Hub


Hensel Phelps has won a $91.8M contract from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to help establish a facility at Hill Air Force Base in Utah for integrating the future intercontinental ballistic missile system. The project to build the integration hub for the Ground Based Strategic Deterrent mission drew nine bids, the Department of Defense said Wednesday.
