Marc Surette, a senior sales executive within the U.S. public sector, has joined Zscaler (Nasdaq: ZS) as regional vice president for the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community and Foreign Service Institute, according to his LinkedIn post.
Surette previously worked at UiPath (NYSE: PATH) as regional VP for DOD and was responsible for growing the defense business and rebuilding the sales team.
He spent seven years at Palo Alto Networks (Nasdaq: PANW), where he served as senior director of defense and intel sales, district sales manager for DOD and acting VP of sales for the U.S. federal segment.
Surette also held senior leadership roles at NetApp (Nasdaq: NTAP), Marconi and SGI.
