Executive Mosaic is honored to recognize Haywood Talcove as a three-time Wash100 Award recipient for his persistent fraud prevention efforts and transformation of LexisNexis into an identity-focused data analytics firm serving government and commercial clients.

For the past three consecutive years, Talcove has received the most prized award in all of government contracting (GovCon), which emphasizes the level of leadership and commitment that he’s maintained in support of the GovCon community to drive our industry forward.

As the CEO of Government for LexisNexis Risk Solutions, Talcove oversees strategic business activities concerning all customer operations, including its sales, communications, marketing, consulting, corporate development and ecosystem activities. He also serves as CEO LNSSI, a separate subsidiary.

Most recently, LexisNexis Risk Solutions released a new report, with the Identity Theft Resource Center, that discovered up to 42 percent of individuals who applied for pandemic-related benefits said they were victims of identity fraud that resulted in them either being denied benefits or being recipients of benefits they had not applied for.

“The pandemic put an unprecedented strain on government benefit systems,” Woody Talcove explained. “Studies such as this can help us improve technology and continue to assist government agencies as they work to provide critical services to deserving citizens,” he added.

ITRC and LexisNexis Risk Solutions surveyed more than 1,800 self-identified identity crime victims, consumers and government officials and found that nearly 60 percent of government leaders have initiated technology modernization efforts since January 2020 and 31 percent said they have improved their identity verification process with additional steps.

In addition, LexisNexis launched a platform back in April 2022 to help government agencies and other public sector organizations improve identity management efforts to facilitate the delivery of benefits and other services to citizens: AmplifyID.

“The power of AmplifyID to create cross-agency visibility, coordination, and trust is truly innovative and we are incredibly excited by the potential of this person-centered platform to bring agencies and people together,” said Woody Talcove.

LexisNexis AmplifyID is a module-based platform that could streamline decision-making processes in the government by combining unique identity information with government program data to develop person-centric visualizations and analytics.

Executive Mosaic is pleased to recognize LexisNexis Risk Solutions and Haywood Talcove as a 2022 Wash100 Award recipient. As a three-time winner of the most prestigious award of consequence to our industry, he has demonstrated an elite level of accomplishment and contribution to the GovCon community.
