Godspeed Capital Invests in Architecture & Design Firm Zyscovich; Douglas Lake Quoted

Godspeed Capital Management has invested in Zyscovich in a move to further expand the private equity firm’s architecture, engineering and consulting services growth platform.

Miami-based Zyscovich will continue to pursue public and private sector infrastructure projects as part of the Prime ABA platform and under the leadership of Bernard Zyscovich, Godspeed said Thursday.

The investment firm created Prime ABA upon the June 2021 acquisition of Austin Brockenbrough & Associates.

Douglas Lake, founder and managing partner of Godspeed, said that Zyscovich’s public education architecture and transportation sector operations are aligned with the private equity firm’s government-focused investment strategy.
