Emily Ringer Appointed SilverEdge Chief Human Capital Officer

Emily Ringer, a 25-year GovCon industry veteran, has been named chief human capital officer at SilverEdge Government Solutions.

She will lead SilverEdge’s human resources, communications and talent development while overseeing workforce development and strategic planning efforts, the company said Thursday.

SilverEdge CEO Robert Miller said Ringer’s industry experience will enable the company to advance growth, become more resilient and reimagine the employee experience.

With her more than two-decade experience in the GovCon sector, Ringer has developed expertise in the areas of HR, operational management, human capital, communications and total rewards administration.

She held HR and operations leadership positions at EverWatch, Ventech Solutions, KeyW and Enlighten IT Consulting.

Columbia, Maryland-based SilverEdge provides cybersecurity, intelligence platforms and software to customers in defense and intelligence communities.
