US Courts Administrative Office Seeks Unclassified Commercial Cloud Services

The Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts has indicated its intent to procure unclassified cloud services from the commercial sector through a blanket purchase agreement.

AOUSC is looking for a contractor to develop, test and produce an integrated government cloud environment for the U.S. Judiciary, according to a presolicitation notice posted on SAM.gov.

Potential use cases outlined in the notice include virtual machine and container control, court website maintenance, video streaming, application development and disaster recovery.

Deliverables under the planned BPA should comply with high impact level standards of the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program, the office noted.

Interested parties may ask questions about the contracting opportunity through Jan. 14. The performance period for the pilot initiative covers one base year and two option years.
