USSOCOM Seeks Input on Potential $150M SOF Enterprise Professional Services Contract

U.S. Special Operations Command has asked industry for feedback on a draft solicitation for a potential $150 million contract for professional services in support of daily business activities of Special Operations Forces across all mission areas.

USSOCOM will hold an industry day for the SOF Enterprise Professional Services program on Dec. 2, according to a presolicitation notice published Friday.

The draft request for proposals outlines the types of services to be provided under the SEPS contract, including requirements generation and analysis, budget planning, acquisition, program planning, business process reengineering and management and execution.

The performance work statement’s scope covers the knowledge-based services portfolio that includes engineering and technical services, management support services, administrative, program management and professional services.

USSOCOM expects to release the final RFP by Dec. 22 and accept proposals by Jan. 25.

Comments on the draft solicitation are due Nov. 29.
