Vimo, doing business as GetInsured, has purchased Change and Innovation Agency as both companies aim to help agencies transform health and human services delivery with the use of cloud-based technology.
Both parties have a shared mission to bring software-as-a-service platforms to public health care programs, Vimo said Thursday.
The company noted that GetInsured’s SaaS platform supports the processing of health insurance enrollments for approximately 2.6 million U.S. consumers.
Change and Innovation Agency’s clients include the District of Columbia and Nevada HHS departments and the Los Angeles County Department of Public Social Services.
The acquired company will become part of the Vimo family of SaaS offerings.
