Arcline Investment Management-backed Quantic Electronics has bought BEI Precision Systems and Space Company, a developer of sensor technology for use in land, sea, air and space domains.
BEI’s products include position feedback sensors and frequency reference systems designed to support U.S. government missions, Arcline said Tuesday.
Quantic acquired BEI Precision through a deal with investment firm J.F. Lehman & Company and received financial advisory services from Evercore in the transaction.
âBEI Precision brings more than 60 years of experience designing and manufacturing proprietary optical encoders, scanners, accelerometers and frequency products,â said Kevin Perhamus, president and CEO of Quantic Electronics.
California-based Quantic supplies electronic components to the military, aerospace, commercial and industrial sectors.
