Elinor Damo Named VP of CGI Federal Consulting Services

Elinor Damo, formerly a director at Peraton, has joined the federal business of CGI (NYSE GIB) as vice president for consulting services.

Damo announced her new role in a LinkedIn post and said that she will focus on CGI Federal’s Department of Homeland Security customers.

She joined Peraton after its private-equity owner, Veritas Capital, acquired Northrop Grumman’s (NYSE: NOC) information technology and mission support services business in a $3.4 billion cash deal that closed in February.

Her career at Northrop spanned 16 years.

CGI Federal won a six-year, $267 million task order from DHS in April 2020 to provide cybersecurity consulting services to non-Chief Financial Officer Act agencies under the Dynamic and Evolving Federal Enterprise Network Defense Group F of the department’s Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation Program.
