Seven small businesses have won spots on a potential seven-year, $349 million contract to help the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers build oil and gas pipelines and other related structures.
USACE received 19 bids for the firm-fixed-price contract via an online-based solicitation process and the agency will determine funds and work locations upon issuance of each order, the Department of Defense said Thursday.
