John Parikh, who has over 35 years of experience in delivering services to state and local governments as well as defense and civilian agencies, has joined Excelicon to serve as director of business development and capture, a newly created position in the company.
Excelicon said Parikh will be responsible for driving growth across marketing, research and development, sales, finance and other strategic areas. He will help the company develop and execute a five-year, enterprisewide growth plan.

Parikh most recently served as national director of public sector sales for Qlik data analytics practice at Copley Consulting Group.
His career also includes software and information technology sales work with IBM‘s (NYSE: IBM) federal arm.
Excelicon is a Washinton, D.C.-based management consulting company that offers agile, cybersecurity and advisory services to its government clients.
