Michael Maice , a former chief technology officer of the U.S. military’s Joint Communications Support Element, has been named CTO for ID Technologies ‘ portfolio of Archon line of cloud storage and data security products .
Maice will oversee the Archon product development strategy and the evaluation of new technology for potential integration into the offering, the company said Tuesday.
He will also be responsible for advising customers on technical matters related to the National Security Agency’s Commercial Solutions for Classified program , which validates hardware and software platforms intended to secure classified government information.
Previously, Maice served as a chief warrant officer at the U.S. Army and technical director for network visualization efforts at Army Cyber Command.
He joined ID Technologies last year as a senior solutions architect after his tenure as chief innovation officer at Klas Telecom Government, according to his LinkedIn profile.
