Kalogeros is a former ranger in the U.S. Army and his industry career included senior-level roles at Cisco Federal, Bay Networks, MicroAccess and GE Comstor.
In the same announcement, archTIS named Riley Repko, formerly a strategic adviser to Air Force secretary and chief of staff, as a strategic consultant.
