Public Sector Consulting Vet Clive Ballard Joins Aptive as Enterprise Health Solutions VP

Clive Ballard, a two-decade management consultancy veteran, has been appointed vice president of enterprise health solutions at Alexandria, Virginia-based professional services company Aptive.

Aptive said Thursday that Ballard will oversee the company’s strategic development and growth efforts in the government health sector in his new position.

He most recently served as senior manager for operations and transformation at Deloitte, where he oversaw programs in across its federal health and quality, safety and improvement portfolios.

Ballard previously worked at Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH) as a lead associate and at Altarum as director for the nonprofit organization's management consulting service area.

Aptive works with clients in the areas of strategic communications, program management, digital services and organizational management.

The service-disabled, veteran-owned company holds spots in contract vehicles under the General Services Administration, U.S. Navy and Department of Veterans Affairs.
