Aptive said Thursday that Ballard will oversee the company’s strategic development and growth efforts in the government health sector in his new position.
He most recently served as senior manager for operations and transformation at Deloitte, where he oversaw programs in across its federal health and quality, safety and improvement portfolios.
Ballard previously worked at Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH) as a lead associate and at Altarum as director for the nonprofit organization's management consulting service area.
Aptive works with clients in the areas of strategic communications, program management, digital services and organizational management.
