Five companies have won spots on a potential $151M indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract from the U.S. Navy to help Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command manage information technology operations.
NAVFAC received 28 proposals for the IDIQ via the FedBizOpps website and the Navy Electronic Commerce Online portal, the Department of Defense said Monday.
Contractors will compete for task orders to provide life cycle support for IT systems used to manage the branch's facilities, construction projects and installations.
The IDIQ covers multiple functional areas such as cybersecurity, cloud migration, business systems operations and secure infrastructure.

Golden IT joint venture
OM Group
Stellar Innovations and Solutions
Yakshna Solutions
Each awardee will receive initial contract funds amounting to $10K.
Locations of work include California, Washington, D.C., Hawaii; Virginia, Missouri; Washington state and Japan. DOD expects contract services to be completed in August 2026.
