RRDS Gets $241M GSA IDIQ to Supply Light Vehicles for Federal Gov’t Use

Rapid Response Defense Systems has received a $241M contract from the General Services Administration to provide light, non-tactical vehicles to transport federal executive branch and Department of Defense personnel.

GSA awarded the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract under the agency's Fleet Vehicle Purchasing Program, the company said Tuesday.

Maxwell Sun, vice president of supply chain management at RRDS, said that 2020 marks the second consecutive year that the company secured an IDIQ award to provide government customers access to commercial passenger vehicles.

The Irvine, California-based contractor provides procurement, logistics and program management support to the U.S. government and its allies.
