J.D. Kuhn, formerly chief financial officer and controller of Salient CRGT, has joined national security services provider EverWatch as CFO, the company announced Thursday.
“J.D. is an experienced executive in building mid-sized national security prime contractors,” said Dr. John Hillen, CEO of EverWatch.
“Our aggressive organic and inorganic build requires an executive team with top-notch management skills as well as experience in winning new work and integrating companies on to our platform. J.D. has those qualities in spades,” Hillen added.
As Salient CFO, Kuhn managed the financial operations and supported organic growth and the company’s merger, acquisition, and integration activities.
Over his 30 year career, he has held a wide range of integral roles with large government contractors, including SI International, CACI International and Serco.
